Effective & easy to use

I've given these a good shot for nearly 3-months and can honestly say they make a difference. I am 53 yo menopausal woman who has experienced jaw issues from teeth grinding and from suddenly starting to mouth breathe in the past 18mths. My jaw literally hangs open & the pain was waking me.
